FILTER MEDIA FACTS: The TurboShower water filter and the bath ball water filter use the patented powder kdf filter pads. Other types of kdf filters use granulated material. This technology dramatically increases the surface area thereby increasing the contact time leading to greater filtration. More contact time between water and filter material means more filtration.

The filter disc is refillable; we recommend replacing the filter disk once a year.
